Managing Quotes, Schedules, and Budgets
In collaboration with project managers, I contributed to preparing quotes, planning resources, and managing budgets for each website. My goal was to ensure smooth execution without delays or budget overruns.
Creative Alignment with UX/UI Teams
I maintained close collaboration with designers to align their work with technical constraints and client objectives. This ensured challenges were anticipated and solutions were perfectly tailored to client needs.
Technical Leadership as Lead Developer
